'How our words are understood doesn't depend just on how we express our ideas. It also depends on how someone receives what we're saying. I think the most important part about communicating is the listening 'we' do beforehand. When we can truly respect what someone brings to what we're offering, it makes the communication all the more meaningful.' (FR)

Grrr....trying to leave a comment, and it was lost.
'Was saying that for the record, I don't believe I thought these movies were 'stupid'....I was probably just too preoccupied at the time to pay attention, and I may have thought they were movies that would influence you in ways that I would not appreciate. They DID influence you...but today I am happy about that. If you became a 'Kevin Smith'....I'd be pleased...better still....just being who you are is waaayy cool...You are a great son, destined for good things in your own right!! I expect YOUR work to gain as much attention or more someday!!! Look out people!!! :))
