Just this past week, sweet Sarah, my daughter, shared the words to a song with me, by the group, Nickel Creek...whose songs she sings very well (I must say) and are among the ones I really enjoy hearing her perform. :)) As I write today, I realize these very words seem in line with the theme I've begun, so I will share them also. As a 'bittergirl' (ha!), I do have this wish for the one who helped me qualify as a member of this club! The song title is "Somebody More Like You." The words are:

True to the 'bittergirl' way...I will "throw my own (very short) pity party...get over it, and move on with style." In accordance with said 'style', hopefully, I can "tell 'my' story with humor...without regret."
In fact, I believe enough has been said....I'm sure you get the picture by now....and if I feel weary of it, I'm certain that by now, you do too! UGH!!
